So, what is Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology? It is nondispersive in the sense of optical dispersion since the infrared energy is allowed to pass through the atmospheric sampling chamber without deformations. NDIR gas sensors are light based sensors with minimum interference. It’s a proven and highly reliable technology.
